Using BizGo! Air, you can obtain the geolocation of managed iOS/iPadOS devices. To use this feature, the installation of the BizGo! Air app is required. The app will be distributed through B2B (Custom App). (Note: This feature cannot be used in conjunction with the "Message Service" option using the BizMessage app.)
- Push notifications will be sent to track the device's location regularly.
- Push notifications will be sent to devices with location settings turned off, urging them to turn the settings on.
- The accuracy of wireless network positioning results may vary.
- Please be aware that using the location feature will increase device power consumption.
- In places with poor visibility, such as tunnels, the location service may not be able to determine the location.
- The accuracy of the location feature may vary depending on the device's GPS capability.
- The settings may vary depending on the device model.
Preparation

Enable location sharing in the management console

Distribute the BizGo! Air app (iOS/iPadOS)

Launch the app on the device and enable location service and notifications

Location Availability for Each App Setting
There are two methods, ① and ②, for obtaining location, and the availability of location is determined by the app's location settings on the device.
- ① Automatic acquisition through device movement.
- ② Manual acquisition through management console operations (acquisition button/scheduled acquisition) or device operations.
